Contact Details

Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight and/or size of the parcel, its packing requirements, and the buyer's location. They are automatically calculated by the shopping cart when one or more items are added to it and your correct geographical zone selected. Available on every item page is the approximate weight of the parcel you will receive, should you wish to calculate the cost yourself. Alternatively you can add the items to the shopping cart and this will show you the shipping cost.

Standard shipping for any item is free within the United Kingdom, except in the case of over-sized, heavy (individual items weighing over 10kg) or especially fragile items with special shipping requirements. In these circumstances, a shipping fee is applicable and will be mentioned on the product page and will show up when the items are added to the shopping cart. A fee may also apply if you have any special shipping requirements, such as expedited delivery.

Please be aware that Zeitgeist Interiors takes no responsibility for any import or sales tax your local customs may impose on your purchase if you live outside of the European Union, although we make every attempt to minimise this. If you have any doubts we strongly suggest you talk to your local customs office before completing any transaction.

We follow the rule of law and any export order is marked with it's full customs value and contents. We will not mark a shipment as "gift", "return", "damaged" or "sample", please do not ask us to break the law.
