Please allow up to 15 days for delivery within the UK after receipt/clearance of payment, and up to 21 days during busy holiday seasons. For customers outside of the UK, please wait up to 21 days for all deliveries. Most purchases, international or domestic, will arrive within 7 days of the transaction's completion, but delays are occasionally unavoidable. LOST PARCELS
If an order does not arrive within the times stated above, it may be considered missing. All shipments are fully insured and are sent out with electronic tracking, but very occasionally things do go wrong. If this is the case, please contact Zeitgeist Interiors and we will request that the shipping company investigate. If your order cannot be found, we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that this claims process may sometimes take several weeks and refunds can only be issued after the investigation has been completed and the insurance contract honoured by the courier firm.
UNDELIVERED / UNDELIVERABLE ITEMSIf shipped orders are returned to Zeitgeist Interiors by the courier firm as undelivered because the wrong address was submitted by you when payment was made or because your local postal service had attempted to deliver when you were not at home and you failed to collect it from the depot then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs back to Zeitgeist Interiors (applicable only to shipments outside of the UK), and the full cost of shipping the parcel a second time. If you wish for a refund instead of the parcel being sent again, then an additional 10% restocking charge will be deducted from the total sum, minus the original shipping cost, and the item/s will be returned to general sale. |
